A truly unique experience to learn and explore 2-3 daily yoga practices with 3 different teachers united from Canada, France and Norway.

Nourishing foods

Our Chef, Nanna Schaarup Gilleladen, will provide delicious vegetarian meals with fresh local ingredients. A yogi and a vegetarian, Nanna is passionate about creating beautiful & nutritious vegetarian cuisine for friends and family.

Roaming time

Sæby has everything you desire in a holiday destination, explorable by foot or bicycle: an idyllic market town center with cafes & restaurants, art galleries & museums, a lively harbour, and beautiful sandy beaches.

Guided meditation

To facilitate the art of presence and slowing down, daily guided meditation will be woven through each asana practice, as well as dreamy hammock meditation guided by Heidi.

Excursions

You may opt to enjoy a day trip together to explore Skagen, a quaint little fishing village and artist's paradise known as the Land of Light. At the tip of Skagen is Grenen, Denmark's northernmost point where the North Sea meets the Baltic Sea.

Rest and digest

Enjoy lounge time at the nearby beach, a bicycle ride around town or along the beach promenade, naps/reading in the hammocks, and evening fires at the beach or on the retreat grounds.
